Speed first. An electrical fault does not wait politely. We keep our schedule tight enough to fit real jobs in quickly, and several of the reviews above are people saying so in their own words.

Then the number. We quote before we start, in writing, and the quote includes the permit. What we will not do is give you a firm price over the phone for work we have not looked at, because that number would be invented and you would be right to be suspicious of it.

Permits are not optional, and we handle them

Electrical work in Washington is permitted and inspected through the Department of Labor and Industries rather than the city. So a panel change on a Puyallup house gets a state permit, a state inspector, and a record with your address on it.

Why does a piece of paper matter this much on a job that already looks finished?

Do you charge for a quote?

We look at the job and give you a written price before any work starts. For anything involving the panel we need to see it, so a photo of the open panel door sent ahead saves everyone time.

Are you licensed?

Yes (licensed technicians).

Do you work on commercial buildings?

Yes, light commercial. Tenant improvements, small retail, offices and shops. Larger industrial work is not our lane and we will say so.

Can you tell me why my breaker keeps tripping?

Sometimes over the phone, usually not. A breaker that trips is doing its job, so it is a symptom rather than the fault. Finding what is actually loading or shorting that circuit is what the visit is for.
